Vizsla and Bloodhound Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Bartholomew — a 55 boy who will steal your heart with his floppy ears squishy face, and fun personality. At just 1½ years old, this gorgeous Vizsla/Bloodhound mix is an affectionate, intelligent, and energetic dog who thrives on being around people and enjoys making new doggy friends. With his curious nose and playful spirit, Bartholomew would be happiest with an active family that can give him plenty of exercise, adventure, and a secure fenced yard where he can safely explore and stretch those long legs.

Bartholomew was previously adopted but returned after he reacted during bath time and nail trimming. Because of this, he will need a patient adopter who can help him continue learning that grooming can be a positive experience. Bartholomew's adoption fee is $125 and includes first vaccinations, worming, microchip, and neuter. We have a dog park to check compatibility with possible sibling dogs. The adoption application is NOT on Petfinders and must be completed on the Heber Springs Humane Society website.
