Kai is a smart, playful, and incredibly friendly 1 year old hound mix. The only thing longer than his ears and legs is his devotion. Kai likes other dogs, and one of his favorite activities is romping around the yard with his dog friends. He also enjoys car rides, chew toys, bones, and happily following you from room to room just to be near you. He is a devoted companion who will gladly curl up beside you on the couch at the end of the day.
Kai is housebroken and currently lives happily with kids, dogs, and cats. He truly never meets a stranger and greets everyone like an old friend. Kai would thrive with either the wide open spaces of country living or a securely fenced backyard where he can safely stretch those long legs and enjoy the fresh air. Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption. We do not have set adoption fees, but we do require a donation to be made at the time of adoption. Donations go towards saving other animals and preparing them for their new lives in their new homes!
