Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Kevin is such a good natured boy. He is a senior of about 10-12 yrs old. His size is 52 lbs, though he arrived much lighter as he suffered neglect and starvation. He was taken by animal control. He is doing so much better now and has been vet checked. His skin was rough around the edges, but nothing that couldnt be fixed. He is deaf and manages as well as any other dog. He is heartworm negative and on preventative. His personality is attentive, content, and loving. His cat test went well and he prefers calm submissive dogs that do not want to jump on him.
He is agile and fit. He is housebroken and LOVES a cozy soft bed! Help him heal from a neglected past and come meet Kevin.

We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help.

ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $175- $200 Cats $90. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.)

Families with young children are required to have a fenced yard to prevent accidental escape of pets.

The shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 9 - 3 p.m. except Thursdays (closed). Appointments are recommended. Saturday hours normally 10 - noon or by appt.

After hours appts can be arranged with advance notice and an approved application. We want to accommodate!

We are glad to answer any questions. Adoption rates include a spay or neuter, vaccines, & deworming. Surgeries are mandatory!
