Mara is an adult female Terrier mix with a low energy level and a gentle, sensitive personality. They can be very scared when meeting new people or unfamiliar pets and will need time, patience, and reassurance to feel safe in a new environment. Mara is looking for a calm, understanding home that can help them build confidence at their own pace.

They do well with dogs, but slow introductions are important as Mara can feel overwhelmed at first and may need a little extra time to say hello and adjust. Once they begin to feel comfortable, Mara's sweet nature starts to shine through. With consistency, kindness, and positive experiences, Mara has the potential to grow into a trusting and loving companion.
