Meet Rachel — The Shy Girl with the Biggest Heart

Rachel’s story started on a lonely dirt road last summer, where she and her five siblings were abandoned and left to fend for themselves. When they first came into our care, they were terrified of people and wouldn’t even let us touch them. With time, patience, and lots of love, Rachel slowly learned that humans can be kind… and now she has turned into the sweetest, most gentle girl you could ever meet.

All of her siblings have found their forever homes, but Rachel is still waiting for someone to see how special she truly is. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she is loving, loyal, and so deserving of a family of her own.

Rachel has come so far, and now the only thing she’s missing is a forever home.
