Ricotta has the sort of regal posture and poise that inspire awe among those in her realm. She could even be intimidating if she weren't so darn cute. Black and tan with the bright eyes of a lifelong student, she prefers the high value treat - something in a chicken, if you have it - and a dignified approach. She can seem shy but is mostly just thoughtful, patient and very, very polite. Her youthful agility and constant wag reveal a strong potential for playfulness which we suspect will blossom in a forever home. She gets along nicely with other dogs, enjoys walks and can climb stairs. Of course, for some of us, it's all about the perfect eyebrows. Come visit and decide for yourself.
