Joker is a gentle, shy, and oh-so-sweet boy who is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. He isn't sure about new people right away and will need a little time to settle in and build trust. At first, he'll quietly lay down and observe everything around him. But with a few gentle pets, kind words, and reminders that he's the best boy, you'll start to see his sweet personality shine through.

One thing Joker is sure about is that he loves other dogs. They help him feel safe and bring out his confidence, so he would do best in a home with another friendly dog to show him the ropes and remind him that life can be fun.

Joker has the kindest soul and so much love to give once he knows he's safe. He may not be the dog that runs up to greet you on day one, but the bond you'll build with him will be worth every moment of patience.
