Dip is thought to be around 3 years old. Dip was brought to the shelter with Phideux, both being humane cases that were recently released by the court for adoption. Both were tied up outside and abandoned. Dip was tied up with a horrendously thick chain (pictured). Can you imagine having to hold your head up with this chain hanging off your neck? Dip is friendly and just generally a happy little guy. He currently weighs 34 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.
Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 3/26/26)
