Meet Lita 🐾

Lita is a 3-year-old, 27 lb female terrier mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through. Lita is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with her people and thrives on companionship.

Her favorite things include laying in the sun, watching squirrels from a cozy spot, cuddling on the sofa, and--most of all--getting belly rubs. Lita is always happy to roll over for some extra love and attention.

Lita is house trained and crate trained, and she can be crated during a typical workday. She's currently learning leash manners and enjoys going for walks at her own comfortable pace. With a medium energy level, she's a great balance of playful and relaxed.

She does well with other dogs and kids, especially older, respectful children who understand her gentle nature. Cats are currently unknown. Lita would do best in a home with a secure yard.

Lita's perfect family is one looking for a loyal companion--someone who will give her patience, reassurance, and plenty of belly rubs in return for her endless devotion.
