Montey is currently fostered in Bedminster, NJ. He is available for adoption throughout the Northern and Northeastern states - and transportation to his forever home can be coordinated by our rescue!

Montey is thoughtful, playful, and charming — the kind of puppy who makes you slow down and smile. As the only boy in the Chunky Litter, he carries himself like a true little gentleman, moving through the world with curiosity and an observant nature that feels wise beyond his age.

Born on Thanksgiving Day, Montey has a beautiful balance between independence and affection. He enjoys exploring his surroundings at his own pace, taking everything in before deciding when it’s time to come back in close for love. He’s just as content checking things out on his own as he is curling up for a cuddle when the moment feels right.

Montey is people-oriented without being demanding — he likes being near his humans, part of the household rhythm, without needing constant attention. He adapts well to routines, settles easily, and brings a steady, grounding presence to the home.

He would thrive in a home with another friendly pup sibling to share both playtime and downtime. Montey does especially well with canine companionship and fits naturally into a multi-dog household where dogs learn from and enjoy one another.

Sweet-natured, steady, and endlessly endearing, Montey is the kind of puppy who quietly becomes your favorite part of the day.
