Meet Oreo! The sweet little buddy!
This friend is incoming to us after he was abandoned in a house after his family needed to leave the country. He is going to get fresh medical care, utd on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. We don't know much about him yet, but he did live with 2 other small dogs.
