Oscar is a 14-week-old (as of 7/23/26) male terrier-mix puppy. He's a small boy, weighing in at about 4lbs. Oscar is a little more laid-back than his brother, Teddy, and likes nothing more than to cuddle and nap in a lap! We often find him jumping from one dog bed to another to get the most comfy spot! Oscar also has a playful and adventurous side and will chase a toy.
He is in a foster home with older kids and a small dog and gets along great with all of them. Oscar loves training time and peanut butter has been his favorite treat while learning how to sit! He does really well in the car, and when not playing, he rests quietly in a closed room. Oscar is such a gentle, sweet dog and would make a great addition to any family!

Animal Alliance is not a shelter where all the animals are housed in one location. Animal Alliance is a foster care network up and animals are housed in many different locations. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please apply using the online application; applicants who call our phone line will hear a recorded voicemail with this identical message. We adopt many animals each week and meet prospective adopters at various locations so they can meet the animals they are interested in.
