DESCRIPTION
Meet Inzee!
Inzee is a fun-loving, high-energy girl with a big personality and an even bigger desire to be part of the action! She's social, playful, incredibly food-motivated, and absolutely loves having canine friends around. Whether she's playing with another dog, going for a car ride, or getting out for an adventure, Inzee is happiest when she has something to do and someone to do it with!
She's also a champion cuddler and a loyal companion who knows how to settle down after she's had the exercise she needs. She does wonderfully in her crate and rides well in the car, making her a great candidate for an active family who wants a dog to include in their adventures.
Inzee is still working on her manners and boundaries, and she can be very enthusiastic about getting attention-including jumping when she's excited. She is not the right match for a home with young children, but with an adult household or older kids, another playful dog, plenty of exercise, and someone willing to continue her training, we think this energetic girl can shine.
If you're looking for a fun, affectionate sidekick who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and happily follow you on your next adventure, Inzee may be your girl!
Adoption fees are $250 for an adult dog, $365 for puppies, and $150 for a senior dog. Cats are $165 for kittens, $125 for adults, and $75 for seniors. Adoption fees can be made via cash or credit/debit card.
If you are looking for an adult dog, please remember to bring a martingale collar and non-retractable leash with you the day of the adoption, or be prepared to pick one up at Petsmart at an adoption event! If your preference is a feline, please bring a carrier, or cardboard carriers are available at events for $10.
We have adoption events every Saturday and Sunday at one or more of our area Petsmarts, and are often out and about in the community as well.
Events are posted on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/squishyfacecrewva.
Animals that do not have an individual meet and greet set up will be at these open adoption events; you do not have to have an application on file to attend. If there is a particular pet you are interested in meeting, please submit an application in advance at www.sfcva.org. We accept applications until 8pm every Thursday for individual meet and greets.
We try to respond to all applications within 48 hours, but please be patient - we are 99% VOLUNTEER POWERED, and most of our hardworking volunteers have full time jobs outside of rescue as well.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The terrier is a spirited and intelligent dog breed known for its feisty personality and boundless energy. Terriers come in various sizes and coat types, but they all share a common heritage as fearless and determined hunters. These dogs are typically highly trainable, making them versatile companions for active individuals and families alike. With their loyalty and playful demeanor, terriers are beloved for their endless enthusiasm and affectionate nature.
