I’m a sweet, quirky girl with a soft heart and the cutest little personality. I can be a bit shy at first—especially with men or boys—but I warm up quickly and happily accept pets once I feel safe. I’m very gentle, timid by nature, and never aggressive.
When I’m comfortable, my playful and silly side comes out. I love my walks and get very excited when the leash appears. I’m pretty good on leash, though birds and rabbits are very tempting, and I’d benefit from a little continued training. I adore other dogs of all sizes and am very submissive and polite when meeting them.
At home, I’m an absolute dream. I’m fully house-trained and crate-trained, though I don’t really need the crate. When you’re out, I’ll nap quietly in my favorite chair by the window and wait patiently for you to come home—no destruction, no stress. I sleep through the night and start my mornings with lots of affection once you say, “Good morning, Sandy.”
I can be a bit nervous around loud noises or busy traffic, but I’m gaining confidence every day. I’m affectionate, food-motivated, love toys and cuddles, and form strong bonds with my people. I’d thrive in just about any home, and while I’d love a yard, I’m perfectly happy with daily walks and a cozy place to nap.
