Meet Craig, a resilient soul who is officially leaving his rough past behind. Found on the streets in heartbreaking condition, it's clear that Craig has endured a long period of neglect; his coat was terribly matted and his skin was raw from the mess trapped in his fur. But today is a brand-new day! Craig is headed to the groomers for a total makeover, and we can't wait to see the handsome dog hiding under all that grey, scruffy hair. We have him listed as a 15-pound Terrier mix-perhaps with a bit of Schnauzer-but we'll know much more once he has his fresh summer cut.
At an estimated five years old, Craig is an absolute social butterfly who is super friendly and craves every bit of human attention he can get. Because he hasn't been neutered yet, he has developed a very persistent humping habit that can be quite a nuisance to other dogs. While we are hopeful this behavior will subside after his upcoming neuter, we are currently looking for a home where he can be the only dog. This will allow him to soak up all the love he missed out on without bothering any four-legged siblings. If you're ready to give Craig the "happily ever after" he deserves, please start the application process at PawsitiveDifference.org or email adopt@pawsitivedifference.org for more information.
