Terrier and Pointer Dogs Available for Adoption

Pretty Boy Floyd is a 3.5 month old, 18 lb male Terrier mixed breed.

Pretty Boy Floyd is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to his new home.

Floyd is definitely one handsome pup, and he's not afraid to use his cuteness to get what he wants. And what this little guy wants is food! He loves to eat and adores treats of all types. Not surprising, given the state he and his little brother Flapjack were in when rescued. They were found wandering the streets, hungry and thirsty, at only 5 weeks old. Poor pups didn't stand a chance out there, but a foster stepped up and now these two share their foster home with children and dogs, and have been around cats. Chickens too! Lucky pups! They love playing with the kids and the dogs. Floyd loves to wrestle and play with toys, and he enjoys cuddling up with the kids or with his foster mom. He is crate trained and is doing very well with potty training, mostly outdoors but also using some potty pads at times. One thing Floyd did not enjoy is bath time... but he survived! This cutie is plump and sweet, and very ready to begin the next chapter of his life, so ask to meet Pretty Boy Floyd. He's ready to meet you!

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $700 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation fees.
