Meet Mapache 🦝🐾 Mapache is an approximately 6.5-year-old Terrier mix with a shy, timid nature and a very calm, low-energy personality. He needs a few days to bond and build trust with new humans, but with patience and gentle handling, he steadily comes out of his shell. At first he may avoid being picked up and might scoot away, but he doesn’t hide—and as his confidence grows, he’ll begin to approach on his own.

He gets along well with all kinds of dogs and enjoys mealtime—especially wet food and small chicken meatballs. Mapache is a quiet, tender companion who will blossom beautifully in a patient, understanding home. 🐶✨
