Terrier and Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Fresno, California

Bruno is a Chihuahua mix with a tender heart who is searching for a very special home. He came into our care from a hoarding situation, and because of his past, he is understandably very nervous and scared.

The world is still a big, overwhelming place for Bruno. New people, sounds, and environments can make him unsure, so he will need a patient and compassionate adopter who is willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel safe. He may not be the type of dog who warms up right away-but with consistency, kindness, and gentle reassurance, Bruno has the potential to slowly build trust and show his true self.

Dogs like Bruno often form incredibly deep bonds once they feel secure, and watching that transformation can be one of the most rewarding experiences.

Bruno would do best in a quiet home with a calm environment where he can decompress and move at his own pace. He's looking for someone who understands that healing takes time and is willing to be there for every small step forward.
