Hayes is a handsome terrier mix who made his way to us from down south and has settled in like he’s always belonged. With his sleek black coat and bright, expressive personality, he turns heads everywhere he goes.

He’s currently fostered in Whitehall, WI in a lively home with 7 dogs of all sizes, a cat, and 3 kids and he’s thriving. Hayes loves a good play session but is just as content to grab his favorite deer antler and enjoy some quiet chew time nearby.

He can be a little vocal, but he’s already learning when it’s time to settle. He’s doing well with pottying outside, knows how to sit, and is very food motivated, which makes training both fun and effective. He’s smart, eager to please, and catches on quickly.
