Ripley is a petite, 1.5 year-old sweetheart weighing about 9 pounds, and she's ready to find a patient, loving home of her very own. She came from a hoarding situation, so the world can feel a little scary at first — but give her time, and you'll see her true personality shine.
Once Ripley warms up, she turns into the ultimate love bug. She adores snuggles, belly rubs, and being close to her people. She's happiest curled up next to you and would much rather sleep in your bed than anywhere else (though she is crate trained, just in case).
Ripley is paper trained and is doing well while continuing to learn potty training. She's very eager to please and will thrive with gentle guidance, patience and consistency.
Other dogs can be intimidating to her at first, but once she feels safe, she can't get enough playtime and will happily play nonstop with her furry friends.
Ripley is looking for a calm, understanding home that will let her move at her own pace and show her how wonderful life can be. In return, she'll give you endless affection, loyal companionship, and a whole lot of love.

We feel that home without small children would be best for Ripley. She is also only 1.5 yrs old and has a very long life ahead of her so please consider where you will be in the next 15 years prior to applying. Pets are a forever commitment.
