She's primarily house trained, does well with other female dogs, and thrives when she feels safe and included. Phoebe does like to be the center of your attention and she bonds deeply with her person and wants to be your girl. Cats are a little too scary for her, so she's looking for a cat-free home and male dog free home!
Phoebe would do best with someone who wants a true companion; the kind of dog who greets you like you've been gone for years and thinks couch time is the best time. She's young, loving, and ready to find the home where she finally gets to stay. Will you be her forever person?
