Hi, I’m Rumor! I’m a 6-month-old, 38-pound female Standard Poodle, and I made my way here from a high-kill shelter in Texas to get my second chance. I’m safe now and ready to find a forever family of my own — and I have to admit, I’m a bit of a favorite around the rescue.

I’ve been doing amazing with my house training and have not had a single accident in my kennel, which makes everyone think I’m just about fully housebroken. I’ve also done absolutely wonderful with every dog, cat, and person I’ve met. I truly enjoy the company of other dogs and love to play, but I’m also happy just soaking up the sunshine. Being outside is my favorite pastime — I’ll go potty and then happily stretch out and sunbathe like it’s my full-time job! Because I love being active and outdoors, I’d likely thrive in a home that enjoys walks, playtime, and fresh air as much as I do.

I am fully vetted — spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. I truly have an easygoing, loving personality and would fit beautifully into almost any home ready to give me the love and activity I deserve.
