DESCRIPTION
Date of birth: 12/24/2025 | Rock Star is a wonderful chocolate red poodle that just wants to be loved! He uses the doggy door and is making progress learning to walk on a leash. He is crate-trained but prefers to sleep near other dogs or people. Rescued from a puppy mill situation, he was not exposed to as much of the world as a puppy should be. He can be scared of new situations and especially cars driving by on walks, but with reassurance he comes to life. He is loyal, intelligent, gentle, and eager to please. His favorite thing to do is to stand on his rear legs and give hugs! He is looking for a family that has previous poodle, doodle or high-intelligence breeds experience who will understand his needs, and who will treat him like family as he continues to blossom into the confident dog he was always meant to be. Poodles are very intelligent, low shedding dogs that are known for being highly trainable and loyal - and so far, Rock Star fits that description!
