Meet betty

betty is a sweet, loving girl who already knows her name and responds beautifully to it. She absolutely adores people and other animals and always wants to be where the action is. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily soak up attention and affection, betty is your girl!

She has a big heart to match her big-girl energy - and she's still learning just how big she is. Because of that, she would do best in a home without small children or small animals, as her playful enthusiasm has accidentally knocked over our daughter and stepped on our small dog a few times. She never means any harm - she just hasn't quite figured out her size yet!

betty has been fully vetted: she's been dewormed, treated for coccidia, and is on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She's recently had a bath and a shave-down to help keep her clean and comfortable, especially since her injuries sometimes make bathroom time a little challenging.

Right now, betty is on strict crate rest per the vet's orders - no walks or outdoor adventures except for potty breaks - until she's evaluated again. Even so, she's eager to play, be near her people, and shower everyone with love.

betty is ready for a patient, caring home that will continue her recovery journey and give her the love she so freely gives in return.
