Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet handsome Perry! He's been at the shelter since February 1st, and he's now ready for adoption. The volunteers describe Perry as absolutely precious. He is super sweet and playful. He is also well-behaved and responds to the commands sit, down, and stay. If you have room in your heart and home for Perry, please come meet him!

Perry is approximately 3 years old, and weighs 55 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Perry is waiting patiently in kennel 117; his ID # is 16665.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier is a muscular, agile dog known for its loyalty and affection towards its family. With a friendly and courageous nature, this breed makes an excellent companion and is great with children. Their distinctive physical features include a broad head, strong jaws, and a short coat that comes in various colors. Despite their tough appearance, Staffordshire Bull Terriers thrive on human interaction and require consistent training and socialization to develop into well rounded pets.
