Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Pepe! When Pepe first arrived, he was a very scared little guy, unsure about the world and the new humans in it. But with patience and gentle encouragement, his true personality has begun to shine. What started as hesitation has blossomed into a sparkling, playful, and affectionate pup who just needed a little time to feel safe.

Pepe will thrive with an adopter who understands that trust is earned, not rushed. Give him space, consistency, and kindness, and you’ll quickly see his walls come down. It took his foster dad less than a week to win him over — and once that bond formed, Pepe hasn’t looked back!

Now, he absolutely loves playing fetch, tug-of-war, and wrestling with his foster brother, Macz. His joyful, goofy side really comes alive during playtime, and watching his confidence grow has been nothing short of heartwarming.

With the right person, Pepe will be an incredibly loyal companion and a bright, joyful presence in your life. He just needs someone willing to let him bloom.

Pepe is a 3-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Pepe is also tested with other dogs and cats. He has not been tested with children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
