Disposition: Kombangwa is a confident, independent dog who likes her quality time alone.
She gets along and has exists peacefully with other dogs. She is sweet and quiet. On walks, Kombangwa explores confidently in quiet surroundings, but becomes a little nervous when hearing dogs bark. She walks nicely past other dogs and will approach strangers, allowing herself to be petted. While off lead, Kombangwa enjoys sniffing the grass and is curious at the activity outside. She doesn't typically approach on her own accord, but allows petting.
History: Kombangwa arrived at Soi Dog Foundation's shelter in June 2025 at
the age of three years. She was found abandoned and with dog bites on her hind leg.
Kombangwa received supportive care and treatment until her wounds were fully healed. She came to TBL in December 2025 to find her forever family.

Our dogs are located in San Diego County, CA. We will happily consider out of town applications and can conduct virtual play dates with interested adopters.
