Hi, I’m Matilda. This shelter is new to me, and I admit, I’m a bit shy. It’s a big change, and I’m taking my time to adjust. I spend my days quietly observing and slowly warming up to the kind people here. I dream of a calm home where I can feel safe and loved. If you would like to meet Matilda, she is staying with us at 1505 Wentworth Street in Whitby.

Her adoption fee is $585, and it includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming, microchip and much more!

Our center’s adoption hours are 11:00am-5:00pm seven days a week or you can give us a call at 905-665-7430.

The Siberian Husky is a medium sized working dog breed known for its striking appearance and friendly demeanor. Originating from Siberia, these dogs are well adapted to cold climates and are recognizable for their distinctive wolf like appearance, including piercing almond shaped eyes and a thick double coat. Siberian Huskies are known for their high energy levels, intelligence, and strong willed nature, making them best suited for active families and experienced dog owners who can provide them with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
