Glacier – ID #18064 – Kennel #851
Arrived April 7th as a stray – Siberian Husky Mix – White – Female – 3 years old – 53 lbs – Will be spayed prior to adoption – Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm positive
Meet Glacier — a breathtakingly stunning white Siberian Husky mix with the most extraordinary ice blue eyes you have ever seen. This gorgeous, calm, and incredibly sweet girl arrived at the shelter on April 7th, and from the moment she got here it has been impossible not to fall completely in love with her. At 3 years old and 53 pounds she is the picture of beauty and grace, and she deserves a forever home that matches everything she has to offer.
Glacier is the kind of dog who takes your breath away — not just because of those remarkable blue eyes and that stunning white coat, but because of the sweetness and calm she carries with her everywhere she goes. She is gentle, loving, and absolutely everything you could ever want in a companion. Whoever is lucky enough to bring her home is going to feel like they won the lottery every single day.
Glacier is heartworm positive through no fault of her own — her previous people simply did not give her the heartworm prevention she needed and deserved. If you live in Georgia, Cobb Animal Services will cover the entire cost of heartworm treatment if you adopt her. You simply need to bring her back for her scheduled treatment appointments and give the prescribed oral medication at home. Heartworms are not contagious between dogs. With proper treatment and care, heartworm-positive dogs can go on to live full, happy lives.
If you have been dreaming of a calm, beautiful, and devoted companion who will leave everyone who meets her absolutely speechless, Glacier is your girl. Come meet her in Kennel #851 — she is ready for her person, and all she needs is for that person to come find her.
