Shih Tzu Dogs Available for Adoption

SPECIAL NEEDS sweetie needs a foster or permanent home.

Meet sweet boy Pepper, and 8-year-old Shih-Tzu who sadly, is both sight and hearing impaired. He’s what you’d call a Velcro dog. He needs to be touched, a bit clingy if we really must say. He really needs a patient person, someone who is home most all of the time, and willing to have a lump of a little guy on their lap. He’s been in and out of a few homes in his life (one of his people passed away, and another moved into a retirement community that did not allow dogs). He's good with other dogs and cats. This guy is house trained and will whine when he needs to go out. At about 12 pounds, and neutered, he’s just the cutest little guy who’s had a rough time in life. He’s stressed on car rides.

It's hard to capture his overall cuteness in photo, with his white socks, his black head on his lighter body and his little curl-over tail..
