Shih Tzu Dogs Available for Adoption

This handsome and good natured boy was found extensively matted and neglected, along with another equally matted little dog, Tootsie, who also joined us. An animal control officer took them to the shelter, the shelter kept them safe, and our friends at Kern Project helped get the dogs vetted, groomed and safely to Dogwood. Gilbert is a Shih Tzu type mix of 17 pounds and maybe 2 years old. He's been a happy, friendly boy and settling in nicely. Gilbert will be available after neuter/vetting.
