Shih Tzu Dogs Available for Adoption

Sam was surrendered to a shelter when his elderly owner passed away. She had not been able to care for him much in the past few years and he ended up matted, with overgrown nails, and dental disease. Sam is getting groomed on 2/12 and will be getting a dental cleaning as soon as possible. He is a sweet boy who is around 8 years old and weighs 16 lbs. He is a calm guy who loves people and gets along with other dogs. Sam just arrived in our rescue on 2/11 so we will update his personality traits as we get to know him. He is being fostered in Knoxville, TN and his adoption fee is $150. He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
