Typical Texas story… a car drives into a remote field in Von Ormy, Texas, dumps 3 terrified dogs, and then drives away. Thankfully, someone noticed and contacted 4 Little Paws Rescue, who then contacted a trapper, and after 2 days of patience and rotisserie chicken, all 3 were finally trapped and safe. Hi there, I’m Cassie. A lovely brown female Shih Tzu mix, about 2 years old, and I weigh 19.2 pounds. First and foremost, you should know that I am the sweetest dog on Earth! Yep, it's true, and my foster mom says so. I am friendly, calm, sweet, gentle, and I love everyone, dogs, cats, kids, and grown-ups. My two favorite hobbies are sunbathing on a pretty day and practicing being a lapdog. I’m not really a player, at least not yet, but maybe I haven't met the right playmate. I’m just mellow and enjoy soaking up all the love, and I do have a bit of fun with dog toys. I basically enjoy whatever you enjoy doing. Going for walks around the neighborhood, going for a ride in the car, where I just lie down on the passenger seat while gazing at you lovingly and listening to our favorite songs on the radio. I am well-behaved, housebroken, and I haven't barked once. I may be the best dog ever, and not to brag, but I’m also pretty! East Coast people, inquire about me today!
