Meet Ben!

Ben is an almost 4-year-old, 11-lb Shih Tzu who just wants to be held and shown love. He is packing on the weight and is becoming more confident day by day.

His superpowers include sleeping through the night in his crate with his foster brother, going potty outside almost all of the time. He doesn't quite understand playing yet but he tries to play with his foster brother and sisters! He loves to sleep in the sunny spots and curl up under a blanket. He is working on walking on a leash so if you see him out with his humans, you will most likely see him being carried or riding in the wagon with his foster brother.

Some of his favorite things are taking in a baseball game, chilling on the couch next to his humans and laying in the sunny spots.

If you're looking for the ultimate cuddler....Ben would be a perfect match!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
