Wilbur is a 2-3 year old, 30 lb Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso mix, perhaps some Sheepdog. Hes very sweet and gentle. Gets along with other dogs and cats. He was found as a stray, Wandering the streets for over a month and no one tried to help him until some nice woman lured him into her car. He was eating trash to survive. When he was rescued, he had flea dermatitis, but has been treated. $500 Adoption fee includes vaccines, neuter, bloodwork, heartworm test, deworming, and microchip.
