Isn't that the cutest face you've ever seen? Barkley is a loveable guy with a laidback, calm demeanor. Everyone he meets comments on his chill personality and whole-body wiggles when greeting new and old friends. He loves playing and chewing on toys but also loves a good nap - especially in a spot with lots of sunshine! Never wanting to be far from his family, Barkley listens very well and will come running if you call his name in the house or outside. He walks well on a leash and will sometimes put the leash in his mouth to walk himself! Barkley is almost potty-trained and will continue to do well on a schedule. He doesn't love going in a crate - only because he knows you'll be leaving for a bit - but he does just fine and will eagerly await your return. At night he prefers to be in the same room as his canine friend or human and will sleep all through the night without needing to go out. Barkley is very social and friendly, and will do very well in a home with kids and/or other dogs! He loves to play with other dogs and he will always be ready for a belly rub and a good snuggle. Be prepared for lots of puppy kisses! Barkley is a sweet boy who will bring so much joy to his forever home!
