Shepherd Dogs Available for Adoption

Shadow is a Shepherd mix male approximately 5 years old. He needs a very active owner that can provide consistency in his routine and lots of exercise to keep him happy. He LOVES TO PLAY BALL and will do so endlessly. He is very well trained as you'll see from the video. His owner's have invested a lot of time and training into this boy and it shows!!!

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THIS AD IN IT'S ENTIRETY -

SHADOW NEEDS AN ALL ADULT HOME. NO CHILDREN.

He is good with other dogs but would do best with only 1 other dog or as an only dog. He was regularly going to doggy daycare until this past year so he gets along with other dogs. He just does better when he's the center of attention.

*****This dog is well trained and good with meeting people in public but, behaviorally, he is reactive to visitors in his home. He is protective of his home. He must be kenneled when there are visitors. He is not fond of his newborn human sibling and that is why he is being rehomed. The family is heartbroken to let him go but they have no choice.*****

****This is an active breed dog and he will need a dog savvy person that can read body language as well as provide consistent and constant exercise to keep him happy. This dog thrives on activity. He needs running, ball throwing and other high energy exercise.

Are you a really active person? He'd love a running or hiking partner.

Shadow is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and is on an all in one flea, tick and heartworm preventative. He is also microchipped.
