Meet Egypt!


Egypt is a quiet, tender soul who wants nothing more than to be near his people. While he’s still too shy for petting, his longing for connection is obvious—he follows his person everywhere, sleeps curled up in bed with the other dogs, and gently nudges the back of your leg with his nose just to feel close.
If you reach out to touch him, Egypt will wag his tail and shyly dash away, torn between wanting love and learning to trust. He happily takes treats from your hand and absolutely lights up for toys, especially squeaky balls.
Egypt would do best with another dog in the home. A canine companion gives him confidence and comfort, and he thrives when he has a buddy to lean on.
With patience, kindness, and time, Egypt will continue to blossom. He’s already halfway there—his heart is wide open, he just needs someone willing to move at his pace.
