STANLEY

Shepherd
🇺🇸
Olympia, Washington
February 26th
male, large, baby

DESCRIPTION

Meet Stanley a 50 lb estimated 8~10 months old super snuggler boy ! Stan is at a wonderful age of being out of any destructive phase (hasn’t done any chewing!), yet still very much young enough to be trained for any lifestyle. Despite being found completely terrified of the world, he is so sweet it’s hard to handle - he is a total love and is a series cuddler who thinks he’s a lap dog. Remember that he is a puppy, so there is plenty of energy and spunk to come. Stanley very much wants to be with the other dogs and have their approval, maybe a tad pushy, but overall is great with dogs (cats and other animals unknown.) He’s being fostered with two large males, is totally fine in his crate for a full work day and hasn’t done anything naughty. Stanley has great house manners, but as he becomes more confident and considering that he is young and still learning, he will need guidance on how to be a proper pet. This should be easy because so far, he hasn’t presented any behavior challenges or concerns! He is eager to please because he is very conflict avoidant, so he catches on super quick and he loves treats. Due to how nervous Stanley is, as he still builds his trust, it’s best for him to be in a home with older kids (13+) because we don’t want him to be overwhelmed by littles.
Generally, he would be a perfect fit in just about any home!
-house broken

-walks well on leash (no tugging or reactivity)
-dog friendly
