She was found outside in the harsh winter of northern Manitoba with her puppies, doing everything she could to keep them safe and alive. When rescued, Amelia was very skinny, a clear sign of how much she had sacrificed for her babies—but despite everything she’s been through, her heart remains full of love.
Amelia is super sweet, calm, and affectionate. She has a soft, trusting nature and seems so grateful to finally be warm, fed, and safe. She enjoys human companionship and has that quiet, soulful presence that makes you instantly want to protect her the way she once protected her pups.
