Meet Smokey!!
Just as stunning as can be!
This young shepherd mix is ever so loving and puppy like. He arrived at FAPL from a loving home and that’s where he so longs to be once again. Smokey is an energetic, active, friendly young dog. Being so young, he would benefit from basic obedience training. He is noted as being good with children and cats, is house trained, and crate trained. Smokey is ready to steal your heart!
No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.
If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
