Mabel is a 6 year old Shepherd mix with the kindest eyes and the softest soul. She spent the last months doing what good mamas do. She brought 8 healthy puppies into the world. She kept them safe. She fed them. She loved them. Her babies are growing up and finding homes. Now it is Mabel’s turn.

Mabel is house trained and crate trained. She settles in nicely to routine. She is lovey and affectionate, but also has an independent side. She is happy to relax near you, then go nap on her own bed. Easy, balanced energy.

Mabel is heartworm positive, and she is worth every step of treatment. Our rescue covers her heartworm treatment at an approved veterinary partner. She will not go through this alone. We stand behind her until she is healthy and ready for her next chapter.

She is calm, gentle, and wants a safe, steady home. The kind where she gets love, structure, and a soft place to land.

* Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

All of our dogs live in loving foster homes, where they can decompress, learn routines, and prepare for a smooth transition into their forever families.
