DESCRIPTION
Meet Scully, a gentle young pup with a tender heart and so much love to give. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her true personality shines. When she warms up, Scully is incredibly sweet, playful, and devoted to her people. She truly blossoms in a loving home where she can build trust at her own pace. Scully enjoys spending time with her family and happily joins in for neighborhood walks, taking in all the sights and smells along the way. She has a fun, playful side and especially loves toys, with squeaky toys being her absolute favorite. Watching her light up during playtime is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. She is a smart girl who is learning and growing every day. At times, she can be a little jumpy, and she is currently working on politely sharing her treats. Because she is still building confidence and manners, we are requiring that any children in the home be 10 years old or older while she continues to learn and thrive. With proper, slow introductions, Scully may do well with other calm and respectful dogs. If you already have a furry friend at home, a dog introduction will be required to ensure everyone is comfortable and a great match.
Adoption Price: $300
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The shepherd dog breed encompasses a versatile group known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic. With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
