Smoke is the kind of puppy who keeps life fun. He's playful, curious, and always ready to grab a toy-especially if it squeaks or can be tossed for a game of fetch.
He's an active, growing pup with a healthy appetite and the energy to match. Like many shepherd-type dogs, he's smart and engaged with his people, and he'll do best in a home that's ready to keep both his brain and body busy.
The good news? He's already off to a great start.
House trained
Kennel trained
Working on leash skills
Loves toys, especially fetch and squeaky ones
Smoke is the last of his litter in our program, and his siblings have all grown into really smart, great dogs-which tells us a lot about the kind of companion he's going to be. His mother is a full GSD and very smart. Father is unknown.
He's still a puppy, so he'll need continued structure, consistency, and training as he grows-but he's got all the right pieces in place to turn into an amazing dog.
If you're looking for a fun, active pup who's past the very early chaos stage and ready to keep learning, Smoke might be your guy.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The shepherd dog breed encompasses a versatile group known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic. With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
