At just one year old, Isabell is a beautiful shepherd mix with a heart as big as her soulful eyes.

Weighing in at 57 lbs (and still needing to gain a little more), she's had a rough start after being found as a stray and brought into a shelter, but you'd never know it from her sweet, gentle spirit.

Isabell is currently thriving in her foster home, where she lives happily with both dogs and cats. She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets and has proven to be incredibly loving, easygoing, and affectionate. Whether she's quietly soaking up attention or just happy to be near her people, Isabell's kind nature really shines through.

Despite whatever she's been through, Isabell is all heart. She's the kind of dog who just wants to love and be loved-and she'll make an incredibly loyal companion for a lucky family.

She's still working on gaining some healthy weight, but with good care and a loving home, she's well on her way to becoming her best, happiest self.
