History: Meet Pretty!
Pretty is a sweetheart with the perfect blend of playful energy and a calm, gentle demeanor. She grew up at a construction site in Lac Brochet and is now thriving in foster care, soaking up every bit of love and attention.
Pretty adores other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine friend to romp around with. She loves to explore, enjoys playing ball, and has a medium energy level that makes her fun without being overwhelming. She hasn’t lived with children yet, but her friendly, easygoing nature suggests she’d be wonderful with them — especially kids who want a ball-playing buddy!
Pretty is also quite cat-friendly, especially with confident cats; she may give chase if a cat runs, but she listens well and stops when told “no.” She isn’t a barker and is happy to quietly observe the world around her.
She is partially house-trained and improving every day. She has only been crated once during her flight from the north and handled it well, so she can likely adapt to crate training if needed. She enjoys walks, playtime, and hanging out with her dog buddies. Outside, she does need supervision as she has tried to slip out of the fence — she’s curious and smart, so she’ll need a secure yard or attentive adopters.
Friendly with every person she meets, social with dogs, and sweet as they come, Pretty is ready for a family who will give her structure, love, and lots of adventures. She’s a beautiful girl with so much potential — she just needs her forever home!
