My name is Buster Dougs... but my friends just call me Buster (or “Good Boy,” which I answer to very confidently). I'm a 9-week-old mixed-breed masterpiece — we think I'm part shepherd, part Rottweiler, part cattle dog, maybe husky?... which basically means I'm 100% adorable with a side of loyal, smart, and ready-to-play.
Let me tell you a little about myself.
First of all, I LOVE my people. Like... if you move from the couch to the kitchen, I consider that a group activity. I'm happiest when I'm hanging out with you — whether that's playing in the yard, going for a walk, or supervising snack time.
Speaking of walks... I walk great on a leash! I may be small, but I strut like I've got places to be and important puppy business to handle. I'm curious about the world but stay close because, well, you're my favorite thing in it.
I'm also proud to announce that I sleep through the night. That's right. You sleep. I sleep. We all wake up happy. You're welcome.
Now... let's talk potty training. I'm almost there. Like, very close. I understand the assignment — I just occasionally forget a line or two. I promise I'm trying my best, and I learn fast (remember, shepherd brain over here).
I'm great with cats and other dogs. I believe everyone should be friends, and I come equipped with the wiggle and tail wag to prove it. If you already have furry family members, I'm ready to join the squad.
My hobbies include:
Chew toys (the squeakier, the better) and hide those Jimmy Choos from me. I have an affinity for shoes
Playtime zoomies
Practicing my “sit”
Following you around like a very cute shadow
Snuggling. Professional-level snuggling.
When the day winds down, I transform from Play Mode into Cuddle Mode. I will curl up next to you, sigh dramatically like I've had the longest day of being adorable (my yawn is a little bit extra), and fall asleep dreaming about our next adventure.
I'm still just a baby, which means I'm ready to grow up with my family.I would do best with a family that can spend alot of time with me. I'm not a big fan of my crate and I really do love my humans! I promise loyalty, laughter, lots of tail wags, and a lifetime of love. All I need is someone to give me a chance.
So... what do you think?
Is there room on your couch (and in your heart) for a sweet, playful, snuggly boy named Buster Dougs?
I'm ready when you are.
