Ranger is a truly wonderful dog with a calm, steady demeanor and a gentle way about him. In a busy shelter environment, he stands out for being quiet in his kennel, patiently waiting and taking everything in without stress or fuss. He seems content to observe and is not demanding for attention, which speaks to his easygoing nature.
On leash, Ranger is polite and gentle, making walks feel relaxed and enjoyable. He doesn’t pull or rush, preferring instead to stay connected with the person walking him. His size and strength are balanced beautifully by his soft manners, making him a dog who feels comfortable to handle and easy to spend time with.
Ranger arrived as a stray and is now looking for a fresh start with a family who will give him the stability and companionship he deserves. He is fully vetted, heartworm negative, and will be neutered prior to adoption.
