💕Meet Maggie Mae 🐾

Maggie Mae is a sweet Shar-Pei who is about 3 years old and currently weighs 35 pounds. She is still underweight but has already made progress since being rescued.

Maggie Mae was found as a supposedly stray dog along a road in West Tennessee and was very thin at the time of rescue. The photos you see are after some healthy weight gain, with more to come as she continues to improve.

This girl is an absolute love. She is gentle, affectionate, and has a very sweet personality. Maggie Mae is fully vetted, including spay, vaccinations, a 4DX heartworm test, She is currently finishing heartworm treatment.

Maggie Mae is currently located in West Port, Tennessee. Transport out of state can be arranged!

The Shar Pei is a distinctive breed known for their deep wrinkles and blue black tongue. Originally from China, these medium sized dogs are loyal, independent, and protective of their families. Shar Peis have a unique appearance with a hippopotamus like face and a broad, padded muzzle. Their coat can be either horse coat or brush coat, coming in a variety of colors. While they can be aloof with strangers, Shar Peis are devoted companions with a calm demeanor, making them wonderful family pets.
