Meet Ellie June (a.k.a. Your New Best Decision)

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to adopt a dog, this is it. And she’s got hazel eyes to seal the deal.

At just under five months old and about 28 pounds, Ellie June is an adorable schnauzer mix with a soft brown coat, perfectly symmetrical tan markings, and a face that could get away with just about anything (don’t worry - she doesn’t try to).

But her looks are just the opening act.

This girl has never met a stranger or anything she doesn’t love. Men? Obsessed. Women? Obviously. Kids? Yes please. Dogs? Her favorite. Cats? Also friends. If it exists, she’s probably already decided it’s wonderful.

She’s the kind of pup who can roll with just about anything - new environments, new people, new adventures. Easygoing, adaptable, and always ready to be part of the fun. And she truly loves being around her people, wherever you are, that’s her favorite place to be.

The highlights:

* Crate trained

* Almost fully house trained

* Extremely friendly and social

* Fantastic temperament (the kind you hope for but rarely get this easily)

At her current size and age, she’s likely going to grow into a wonderful medium-to-large companion—perfect for hikes, couch cuddles, and everything in between.

Her one (very reasonable) request:

She must have another playful dog in her forever home. Big, small - she’s not picky. She just knows life is better with a built-in best friend.
